Is Obama being sued for not presenting his birth certificate and other documents to the public?

Can someone help me to confirm if this is true or not?
As of October 31, I can confirm this is true -but his birth certificate is valid according to snopes.com
He did have the American flag removed from his jet during refurbishment and he replaced the flag with his own symbol.

If it is true, we have all been duped. If it isn't it needs to be refuted. I'm not voting for Obama but I do not like vicious lies/deceit either.

The lawsuit stuff is true, but it's largely 11th hour tactics by GOPers. They won't succeed. If they do expect rioting in the streets.
O'Reilly is a good source. He's reviled by many because of his outspokenness. Although I disagree with him on some issues I find him to be generally fair. I love that he goes ballistic when people intentionally spin the truth.
He maintains a pretty good balance because he approaches issues as a traditionalist, not democrat or republican. Contrast his radio show with Limbaugh and Hannity and the difference is glaring.
If you search his articles or podcast you might find the info you're looking for.
Joel, how do you know for sure. If this is true then is Obama breaking the constitution and is the DNC leading the way? God help us all.
The Constitution is clear - you must be a natural born citizen to run for President.
If this is all true, we have been duped and deceived. If the Constitution doesn't matter what else doesn't matter?

I don't know for sure, but no credible news organization -- right or left is running with it. (BTW - McCain was born in Panama ... so I've heard.) I'm confident Bill would have run with the story by now if there was any truth to it at all.
Now for my cynical side: Our power-hungry government has been violating the Constitution unchecked since the Lincoln administration, so even if it's true they don't care. We get duped every election season. The country's used to it by now. Just file for a government check and relax. Barah will take care of us. In the words of his inspiration: "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need."

Bob, I think we can be sure that the lawsuit is true, but the statements about Obama not being a natural-born citizen is likely false. Though let us hear from the mouth of the angry Conservative Irish-Catholic man himself! here here! hahaha
And to Joel, yeah, McCain was born in Panama, but to a military family stationed there. That kind of thing counts as the same as naturally born in the US of A.
And as for your cynical side, I think you know I don't like it. You deceive yourself too much. And let us pray that we do not come to embrace that Marxist statement there at the end of your comment. USA turned USSR??...not in my lifetime.

According to Snopes his birth certificate if valid and like those given at the time of his birth.
I still don't know why Obama didn't just release it when he was asked. Perhaps he didn't want to open up more gossip or risk more concern over nothing.
