House Fire

Dear Friends,

I am going to be out of commission for a while. On Saturday evening through a freak series of events, our house burned along with my GoldWing and our 2 vehicles. Everything is lost, but we are doing as best as to be expected. Michelle and Sydney(dog) were rushed out of the house and I tried to do what I could. I was just released from the hospital with 2nd and 3rd degree burns on my arms, back, forehead, neck and left hand. We are awaiting to see about skin graphs. We are blessed to be alive.

Please keep us in your prayers!

Bob

Dear Bob, Michelle...& Sydney

You have been in our thoughts and prayers since we heard of your accident. Wish we lived closer so we could help, but I know you have a lot of people there that care deeply for you that will help you get through such pain. We pray for a quick and full recovery and when that time comes, you will have a meal waiting for you to enjoy in Bedford at the Lewis/Adams home. Until that day, we hold you both in our hearts and lift you both in prayer.
With Love & Hugs~

We cannot begin to understand what you and Michelle must be thinking and feeling at this very moment. give yourself permission to feel whatever you need to feel. God will be with in your time of need. After seeing the house it is only because of God you and Michelle are with us today. God bless you both. We are here for you. Love Tom, Cynthia and Kaleb

UPDATE:

Wounds are healing! Heart is still in a shock and emotions run deep as we sort through it all. But we are doing well and seeking to discern the lessons we can gain through it all.

I nearly died and I had only seconds to leave the garage when I did, so I have a host of emotions.

Sometimes I feel like a flood of tears will blow any minutes, but somehow I hold em back. Maybe it is time to let her blow..
