T - This is something we all use in conversation/writing. It can be misunderstood.

O - Our tone impacts everyone differently and sometimes because of other circumstances.

N - No one tone will hit everyone positively.

E - Everyone should accept the tone by understanding we are all different in how we communicate.


By the way if there is something in the tone that bothers you, and if you can, why not ask for further clarification before making a determination. I'll try, it will be hard, to do the same.
