Is your Church family Attractional?

Notice I did not say, Is your church attractional? But rather, is your Church family attractional?

What is it about your church family that is attractional?

Can you please be specific here?

Attractional????

Watch it or you will be banned from writing for life.

Since that is not a real word, can you use real words to explain what you're asking?

Your writer friend who has (almost) stopped cringing when reading your posts...

It's a word, Michael! Just because Webster hasn't defined it does't mean it is not a word.

Attractional is a word used for being something that attracts. How does your church attract? Is your church attractive? Are you guys attractional (a continuous attraction) to others? For what purpose? Who? What? Why? How?

By the way, who does not understand the use and meaning of the word attractional?

In answer to your question, I just used real words to explain it!

You must cringe your way out of rules that limit expression.

My kids made up a word when they were teens. The word: "Jaffa", It is not in the dictionary, Webster missed this one. The word means you must be telling the truth, if you use jaffa it means something serious. No one can lie when using jaffa, it is a sacrad trust - a word that can never be compromised. When using jaffa it means you are not kidding, spoofing or telling a lie (white, red or green). Jaffa is the word. It is a word, it has a definition, when used it means you can trust that what I am saying is true. I sure wish the whole world would use jaffa abd honor it's code of truth when being used.

It's Monday and I love being full of it.

Ya'll opened a big can of worms with ATTRACTIONAL! Does that make you wormy, or wormal?

I, too, really thought ATTRACTIVE to be the appropriate word. Somebody, somewhere started with words like MISSIONAL, I guess, and the fad started.

Not having owned or possessed a church building in the history of New Foundation Community Church, I would have to say the body of Christ, the people, are ATTRACTIVE! I sure can't attribute ATTRACTION to a building!

Tim, you can be attractive without being attractional.

When we are living with attraction or attractionally we are attracting people to Jesus and I do not mean to church.

Attractive -yes for Jesus sake.
Attractional - yes so that others are attracted to Jesus through us, not the church, through the Church, the people.

It is time for the Church in American to quit trying so hard to attract people to their church. It is time for the church to begin attracting people to Jesus!

Is the Body of Christ that you are part of attractive by way of attracting people to Jesus?

Our new Christ family here in St. Louis is attractional (this is not a real word-so I'm told) but we are not attracting people to church we are attracting people to Jesus!
