100%, this is the only way it will happen with the effectiveness that we see in the New Testament Church!!!
Movements of effective New Testament churches can never be sustained without the Holy Spirit. They can be launched...but in being carried by human strength alone they will flounder and fail.
dude no less than totally essential. No Holy Ghost... this kind of church would be owned by the flesh.
Anom, Where do you see the lack of the Holy Spirit leading the modern American Church. How about believers.
Do we have a church controlled by the flesh?
